Instruction

Just flip the valve to inflating side, let the sleeping pad self inflate to about 70%, then use the included pump sack to fill it with. (Our mattress can adjust the firmness according to your needs, use the pump sack to adjust.)
Deflating:
Flip the valve to the deflating side, more convenient and faster to roll the mattress while squeezing the air.
